APS Officer and Council
Nominations
Deadline: September 1, 2009
The members of the 2010 APS Nominating
Committee are: George Lister, M.D., Chair, George J. Dover, M.D., David H.
Perlmutter, M.D., and Bonita Stanton, M.D. It is the responsibility of the Nominating Committee to select a slate of
two candidates for each of the following positions:

Vice President (President-Elect) – Beginning May
2010. This person will serve on APS Council as Vice President
for the 2010-11 year, as President for the 2011-12 year, and as Past
President for one subsequent year.

Two Council Member Positions
–
Beginning May 2010
(five-year term).
These individuals will have an important influence on
the future direction of our Society; we would, therefore, greatly appreciate
your advice and counsel in the selection of nominees. To be eligible for
nomination, the individual must be an Active Member of APS. For your easy
reference, visit the APS Membership Directory to obtain the list of Active
members.
