APS logo About the Junior Section

Since 2012, the Society for Pediatric Research Junior Section helped to introduce and integrate trainees into the Society by promoting scholarly work and serving as a resource for those making the transition to junior faculty. The Junior Section is led by two fellows who have not yet completed their fellowship program. The President, a fellow in his/her final fellowship year) will be succeeded by the President-elect, a fellow in his/her penultimate fellowship year. Together they work with the SPR leadership to develop and grow the Section.
